GrowthAccelerator is a government backed scheme designed to deliver high quality business coaching to selected participating organisations. The aim of the scheme is to generate a significant and measurable uplift in economic growth within those organisations and, by implication, across the country by providing targeted support and appropriate funding.
The scheme focusses on coaching and training/development and is available to Law Firms and Chambers. It is no surprise, therefore, that Pegasus is already a registered training provider and Andrew Dines is an accredited GrowthAccelerator coach.
What does GrowthAccelerator provide?
GrowthAccelerator is primarily focused on business development, not on personal development. It includes a combination of coaching, mentoring, signposting and facilitation but not traditional management consultancy. So, the following areas could be covered under the scheme:
- Business Development Coaching i.e. customised business coaching to address the strategy of your law firm or chambers; necessary change management steps; sales and marketing; structural organisational areas as well as developing appropriate systems and procedures. The level of funding available will depend upon a needs assessment.
- Leadership and Management Training i.e. to hone the key skills of your key managers and team leaders with exclusive access of up to £2,000 match funding available to get your law firm or chambers into the best possible shape to drive your business forward.
- Access to centrally organised Workshops and Masterclasses
- Access to Appropriate Specialists to:
– identify appropriate sources and structures for future funding requirements; and
– support, develop and commercialise innovation and to create and build a culture of innovation.
Can Law Firms and access GrowthAccelerator?
As a significant sector within the UK economy, the GrowthAccelerator Scheme is open to eligible and suitable Law Firms.
Through its unique connection with the Scheme, Pegasus can advise, discuss suitability and facilitate an introduction to this Scheme.
